Buying from Bumps Maternity Wear is quick, easy, convenient and safe. The security of your ordering information (including your credit/debit card details) is a top priority to us.
On our site, information about your credit card number benefits from a special type of protection in order to respect confidentiality. This information is not accessible to us. When paying by credit/debit card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Switch) payment of your order is made by following the instructions on the secure site WORLDPAY. By using your credit/debit card, you are authorising your bank/credit card company to debit your account relative to the information communicated by us, and in the absence of an invoice signed by you. If a problem arises do not hesitate to contact us.
Your order is validated by the payment of your purchases authorised by WORLDPAY. It will be processed on receipt. You will be charged for the entire order along with the corresponding delivery charges. If any or all of the items that you order are out of stock, you will be refunded accordingly via RBSWORLDPAY. If an error occurs through a fault on our part and a payment is charged for an item that wasn’t ordered, we will reimburse you as soon as possible.
You can confirm the security of your connection to WORLDPAY by checking the bottom of your browser window. When the connection is secure you will see a closed lock.

Do you have a brochure ?
Bumps Maternity Wear does not have a brochure. We sell exclusively from our web site and from our store at 19 Frederick Street, Sunderland.
What size should I choose ?
We advise you to order your prepregnant size. Check out our sizing chart for help and guidance and if in doubt telephone us on 03331230167.
How much does UK delivery cost ?
£2.95 regardless of the number of items you purchase
Do I pay custom / import duties for international orders ?
Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. Obviously we have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.
How long before I get a refund ?
Please allow at least two weeks before contacting us. As it may take a week before we process and then there are banking processing times too.
