Returns Policy
Please complete the refund / exchange form supplied with your goods. If lost or not in package then please CLICK HERE and you can print another one.
Then return it with your goods (unworn) to be with us within 10 days from the date on your invoice for a full refund or FREE exchange (mainland UK customers only) as required to the following address:

CHRISTMAS RETURNS 2011
For Christmas we have extended our returns period for all orders placed on and after 14th November 2011. These can be returned for an exchange or credit. The normal refund policy stands if returned within 10 days though.
Sorry but we are unable to refund postage and packaging and return postage as these are both direct costs. Also if any free delivery eligible products are cancelled or returned we reserve the right to subsequently charge the relevant standard outgoing postage and packaging cost as it is a direct cost.
Please obtain a "Proof Of Posting" certificate from your post office when returning goods as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. For peace of mind you may wish to use a recorded service.
For a refund on a return please allow at least two weeks before contacting us. As it may take a week before we process and then there are banking processing times too.
